Forever Smile

Full-Arch Dental Financing in Prairie Village

All-on-X treatment at our Prairie Village office is performed by Dr. Daniel Rome.

A full-arch treatment decision has two budgets: the cost of dental care and, if you borrow, the cost of paying for that care over time. Understanding both helps you compare plans without relying on a headline price or monthly payment.

The Forever Smile is Rome McClellan Dental Group’s full-arch program. Explore treatment options, your care pathway, and ongoing care.

Apply for financing through Cherry

Explore payment options and apply through Cherry below. Calculator amounts are examples, not a quote for your dental treatment. Eligibility and financing terms are determined by the financing provider.

Forever Smile

Your Forever Smile options

Different designs. An individual decision.

Starter

Overdenture

A removable implant overdenture that you take out daily for cleaning. Discuss its attachments and support with your dentist.

Transitional

Full fixed PMMA

A fixed full-arch restoration made with PMMA, an acrylic resin. Ask how it fits your treatment sequence and what maintenance or future replacement is planned.

Deluxe

Full fixed zirconia

A fixed full-arch restoration made with zirconia, a ceramic material. The design, bite, cleaning access, and ongoing care matter alongside the material itself.

Choose among these treatment options with your dentist. Conventional dentures are a separate non-implant alternative.

Forever Smile

Support beyond your smile reveal

Understand the care—and the coverage.

The Forever Smile Warranty

  • Zirconia: 2 years.
  • PMMA: 1 year.
  • Implants: one replacement if an implant fails within 1 year.

Request the written terms before treatment, including when coverage starts, covered events, exclusions, maintenance requirements, and any related costs. This is not lifetime coverage or a guarantee that an implant cannot fail.

The Forever Smile Care Kit

Ask the team which items are included in the Care Kit for your plan and how to use them. Follow your own postoperative instructions rather than assuming every patient needs the same supplies.

The Forever Smile Care Plan

The Forever Smile Care Plan combines professional cleaning, checks of gums and implant components, imaging when needed, and practical home-care guidance. Visit timing follows your individual needs.

Explore your ongoing Care Plan. Services and fees are confirmed individually; this is separate from warranty coverage.

Explore The Forever Smile Method and Pathway. The brand name does not promise lifetime results or lifetime warranty coverage.

Start with a defined treatment plan

Before discussing a payment arrangement, find out what treatment is appropriate. A fixed implant bridge, a snap-in denture, and a conventional denture are different plans, not interchangeable packages. One upper or lower arch is also different from treatment of both jaws.

Contact Rome McClellan Dental Group to discuss a written estimate and which payment or third-party financing options are currently available for your proposed care. Use the Cherry widget above to explore financing and apply. Review the provider’s disclosures for the terms available to you; this page does not guarantee approval or a particular rate or loan term.

Build an estimate you can actually compare

  • Assessment: examination, imaging when indicated, and planning records.
  • Preparation: any extractions, infection treatment, or bone procedures in your plan.
  • Implant care: implant placement and the components connecting the replacement teeth.
  • Comfort: the planned anesthesia or sedation, if applicable, and any separate fees.
  • Temporary teeth: the planned option during healing and the alternative if that plan changes.
  • Final teeth: the restoration, material, fitting appointments, and delivery.
  • Aftercare: included checks and adjustments, plus later hygiene, maintenance, or repair expenses.

Ask which items are included, which are estimates, and which would require a new written approval. Do not assume that a warranty, future repairs, or every maintenance visit is part of the initial fee.

Read beyond the monthly payment

A smaller payment can reflect a longer repayment period rather than a lower overall cost. Compare the amount financed, annual percentage rate (APR), fees, number of payments, and total repayment amount. Obtain the lender's written disclosures before agreeing.

A financing checklist to keep beside an offer

  1. Identify the creditor. Know who provides the credit and who handles billing questions.
  2. Understand the rate. Ask whether it is fixed, variable, or promotional and what happens when a promotion ends.
  3. Check promotional conditions. Ask whether interest is waived or deferred and what triggers interest charges.
  4. Review the full obligation. Confirm fees, payment dates, late-payment consequences, and prepayment terms.
  5. Ask about plan changes. Understand how cancellations, refunds, or a changed treatment plan affect the financing balance.
  6. Keep room for aftercare. Routine visits and future service may be separate expenses.

Credit approval and the terms offered are determined by the lender. Approval does not establish dental candidacy, and a consultation does not guarantee credit approval.

Where insurance fits

Benefits depend on the individual policy. Ask the office and insurer which proposed services may be eligible, what limits apply, and what remains your responsibility. Even an advance estimate from the insurer does not guarantee the amount ultimately paid.

If you plan to use a health savings account or flexible spending account, check eligible expenses and account rules with the plan administrator. Do not assume that every related charge or financing cost qualifies.

Could treatment be staged?

It is reasonable to ask whether care can be sequenced around health needs and available funds. A staged approach is only appropriate when it is clinically sound. Delaying necessary treatment can have consequences, and a temporary restoration may have limits that need to be explained.

Review the fixed and removable options alongside the financial plan. If a proposed payment is uncomfortable, ask about other clinically reasonable choices before signing a credit agreement.

Prepare for a financial conversation without sharing sensitive details online

Bring your written treatment questions, insurance information, and a list of items you want clarified. The website callback form asks only for contact details. Do not submit income documents, credit information, payment-card details, or a medical history through it.

Call (913) 786-4404 or request a callback to start the conversation. Read the All-on-X overview if you are still exploring the treatment itself.

Common questions

Can you quote my full-arch treatment from this page?

No. The scope depends on an examination and the proposed treatment. Ask for an individualized written estimate rather than assuming a standard package price.

Does a financing approval mean implants are right for me?

No. A lender evaluates a credit application; the dentist evaluates clinical suitability. These are separate decisions.

Are routine maintenance and repairs included?

Do not assume they are. Ask which visits and services are covered by the estimate, for how long, and which expenses are separate.
